Directions to use the CommScope API

  1. If you're not already registered on CommScope.com, Register as new user.

  2. Login to the MyCommScope portal.

  3. Click on Request for Access. Request access to the Product Catalog API role.
    Access requests need to be verified and a CommScope rep will contact you to understand the requirement. This isn't an instant process and may take a bit of time. Once approved, you will be notified by the email you registered with.

  4. After access is given you'll be able to see the tile for API Access in the MyCommScope portal.

  5. When you go the the API Access tile, you'll see either one API tile or if you have a company subscription you'll see two tiles.

    • One API tile - means you have an individual subscription and API keys will show within the API area.

    • Two tiles - the first tile is where your API group access keys (subscription keys) are found. You'll need those keys to test out the APIs. Get your keys and then go to the other tile to view the APIs.
